Marina started to work in FinExpertiza in 2006. At that time she was a very young expert, and our company attracted her with prospects of professional growth. As an auditor in the group, she always discovered something new, adopted the best practices from more experienced colleagues, and never hesitated to clarify something. Performing an auditor's work, Marina became flexible and quick to learn project details. The main thing for her was that she learned to find an approach to every person. Soon Marina was promoted to Senior Auditor. An auditor's job means regular business trips and Marina used them not only as an opportunity to see Russia, but also to learn how people from remote parts of Russia live and to see various factories from within.

Later Marina decided to develop her professional competence, so she moved to IFRS Department as an advisor improving her qualification at the same time. This helped her become a universal expert, well aware of the specifics of both the Russian GAAP and IFRS.

Since 2013 Marina has been managing projects and in 2014 she was appointed Audit Department Deputy Director.

Svetlana began her career in FinExpertiza in 2004. She made her first steps in the company as a Client Service Coordinator. Thanks to her energy, her ability to get on with various people, regardless of their positions and social status, and, surely, her working capacity, she managed to climb a career ladder very fast. So, very soon she became Head of the Sales Department, and then was appointed Head of Research & Development Department. She has been the Commercial Director since 2011.

Svetlana tries to be aware of the latest market changes and trends taking place both in the professional community and in the Russian business as a whole. That is why she never misses any important events and always participates in economic and industry-specific forums and conferences. Svetlana always learns important information about novelties and the latest trends from her colleagues and experts in various economic areas.

Svetlana Baburina's achievements are acknowledged not only by the company's management, but also by the entire business community. According to Association of Russian Managers and the Kommersant publishing house, Svetlana is among the five top commercial directors of Russia in the area of professional services.

Marina joined FinExpertiza in 1999 as a receptionist. So, Marina is our first secretary. When FinExpertiza was very small, a secretary had to deal with a variety of tasks. So Marina revised her major, improved her knowledge in accounting and a bit later she was appointed as an accountant. Having mastered all intricacies of the profession, first Marina became the Deputy Chief Accountant and then took charge of accounting departments of several companies of the group.

In 2010 Marina decided to study a new area of activity which is somewhat similar to accounting. Without holding on her previous achievements, she started virtually from scratch and moved to the Financial and Analytical Department as an ordinary employee. Her interest in the new area of activity was really immense, which helped her advance in her new career – in 2014 she took charge of the Financial and Analytical Department where she has been working so far.
